Policies

 

 Phone Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm Central. If we're away from our desk or already on the line with another customer, please leave a message.

Orders: We do not do business over the phone or take orders via email unless approved otherwise. If you have inquiries about large orders over 10 Items, please email Granny Kate and she will go from there.

We do NOT do wholesale at this time.

Payments: We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal.

Coupon Codes: MUST be entered correctly (all caps no spaces) at checkout. You should see the discount before you check out. Subscribe to our mailing list to receive our money saving coupon codes or visit our website regularly.

Shipping/Handling:  A two dollar ($2.00) handling fee is added to every order to help cover shipping costs. We ship to the USA & Canada, normally within 1-14 business days via USPS Priority Flat Rate. All packages of $50 and under are insured. Entering the wrong shipping address may result in additional fees. Day 1 is the day after your package leaves our facility. Expedited shipping (if available) begins after your package leaves our facility also.

We are not responsible for the condition of your order after it is dropped off at the post office. We can not control what happens to our products during transit. Please take pictures and email them to us if your package arrives damaged. We can not supply refunds or credits from the post office without proof that the item/s have been damaged.

Caution: Candles do NOT travel well in the heat of summer or states that are hot. Order at your own risk. Some soaps will not be shipped during the summer months and are available for pick up only.

 

Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders that have already been processed but not shipped (rare) will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.

Backorders:  If we run out of stock on any of our products we will hold your order for up to two weeks if we expect that the product/s will be back in stock within that time. If not, we will refund your money.

Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos are required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.

Catalog: In an effort to save trees & to keep costs down, we do not offer a printed catalog.

Privacy: We never share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted & transmitted using state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology. We are PCI compliant too which insures your safety online & off.

Holiday Closings: Closings are rare, but we do reserve the right to take a few days off at any time. We will post when and how long we will be out of town. Our website is online 24/7 and does not stop receiving orders. Orders will be filled in the order in which they were received upon our return.

Disclaimer:  Although allergic reactions to our ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
