Refund policy
Returns & Credits: All retail orders come with a 14 day store credit or refund guarantee (for damaged items only). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only flaws and damages caused by us are refundable/returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at grannykate@grannykates.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All refunds will be made via your payment method when the order was made, less shipping & handling costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Items that you decide you don't like the smell, color, or pattern of the item you purchased. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
If you received an item/s that was not what you ordered: We cannot credit you if the safety seal is broken or if the product arrives back to us damaged, so pack very carefully. Make sure you include all tags, proof of purchase, original packaging, etc. As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue your credit or refund.
We will issue a refund or store credit if you receive an item that left our facility damaged, rancid or moldy. Each order is inspected to make sure this does not happen. Take pictures and return the damaged items within three (3) business days. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility on our part. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders that have already been processed but not shipped (rare) will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.
Backorders: If we run out of stock on any of our products we will contact you for further instruction or refund.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos are required. If you suspect your package is lost, see our shipping policies. Failure to contact us promptly for incorrect item delivery voids any responsibility we may have had.
