Shipping policy

Shipping:  As of 12/9/2022, we ship only within the 50 continental United States, normally within 1-14 business days via USPS Priority Flat Rate. All packages of $50 and under are insured. Entering the wrong shipping address may result in additional fees. Day 1 is the day after your package leaves our facility. Expedited shipping (if available) begins after your package leaves our facility also.

Granny Kate's LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take pictures and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Caution: Candles do NOT travel well in the heat of summer or states that are hot. Order at your own risk. As of 8/5/2020 Some soaps will not be shipped during the summer months and are available for pick up only.
