Shipping policy

Shipping:  As of 12/9/2022, we ship only within the 49 continental United States, normally within 1-14 business days via USPS Priority Flat Rate. All packages of $50 and under are insured. Entering the wrong shipping address may result in additional fees. Day 1 is the day after your package leaves our facility. Expedited shipping (if available) begins after your package leaves our facility also.

Granny Kate's LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take pictures and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
