Refund Policy

Returns & Credits:

All retail orders come with a 14 day store credit guarantee. Simply return the merchandise in its original, new, unopened condition with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for the return and we'll email you a credit voucher. No need to call. We do not issue credits over the phone. We cannot credit you if the safety seal is broken or if the product arrives damaged, so pack very carefully. As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue your credit.

We will issue a refund or store credit if you receive an item that is damaged, broken, rancid or moldy. Take pictures and return the damaged items within ten (14) working days. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders that have already been processed but not shipped (rare) will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.

Backorders: If we run out of stock on any of our products we will hold your order for up to two weeks if we expect that the product/s will be back in stock within that time. If not, we will refund your money.

Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos are required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
