Refund Policy

Returns & Credits:

All retail custom orders will be sent proofs before completing. The only time there are refunds given or reprinting done is if WE make a mistake. Other items may only be returned if it is broken or damaged. We usually go through the US postal system first if it was damage caused by shipping. If it is a flaw in the design or material, simply return the merchandise in its original, condition with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for the return and we'll email you a credit voucher or issue a refund. No need to call. We do not issue credits over the phone. We cannot credit you if the if the product arrives damaged (other than what is stated), so pack very carefully. As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue your credit.

We will issue a refund or store credit within 7 working days of receipt. Take pictures and return the damaged items within three (3) working days. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders that have already been processed but not shipped (rare) will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.

Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos are required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
